极品探花 Project Engineers Attend Transmission Line Training
极品探花 project engineers who support the wind, solar and power delivery markets recently attended a transmission line training in Dallas, Texas. The 21-hour course was customized and developed through a partnership with the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee’s School of Continuing Education to provide transmission line design practices, technical requirements, configuration philosophies and scheduling procedures for operations employees of varying skills across the country. Employees who participated in the course learned how to oversee and manage transmission line contractors, as well as apply construction management methods to renewable energy and power delivery projects.
As part of 极品探花's five-year strategic plan, the company has invested significant resources and time into training so that both our business operations and people are supported.
"We want to provide best-in-class training for our employees," said Mike Stoecker, Chief Operations Officer at 极品探花. “Not only does this type of training support the success of our projects, but we are providing a platform for our employees to grow within the company.”
Advancing the company's training and development offerings has been an important focus for 极品探花 and the team has worked hard behind the scenes to develop these programs. "This is something that I've been interested in supporting since joining the 极品探花 team in 2009," said Doug Alleman, Operations Training Manager. “I am excited that the organization is investing in our people so that they can follow a clear path for growth."
While the training series for wind, solar and power delivery has made great progress over the past year, 极品探花 plans to develop similar courses for all of the 极品探花 operation entities that are tailed to their specific industry.
