Ricardo Silva Joins 极品探花's Renewable Energy Services Group as Expansion Continues
Recently, 极品探花 formed a Renewable Energy Services group to expand upon our portfolio of services that will add technical maintenance and repairs after project construction. As part of our long-term growth strategy, we are pleased to announce that Ricardo Silva has joined the 极品探花 team and will lead the blade and composite repair team. Ricardo holds a bachelor's and master's in mechanical engineering from the University of Houston and has worked in the wind industry for over 13 years.
"We are excited to have Ricardo join 极品探花," said Brant Patnode, Senior Vice President of Renewable Services. "His experience will allow our team to provide best-in-class blade and composite repairs assuring our clients that the re-engineered solution corrects the problem the first time."
Supported by 极品探花, the Renewable Energy Services group will provide not only continued support, but experienced civil crews with large crane fleets so that we don't have to utilize multiple suppliers and maintenance contractors. "It's important to have engineering support for blade technicians to do root cause analysis and establish what went wrong," said Silva. "Many smaller renewable energy service teams don't have the engineering expertise to support their blade technicians which lead to costly rework for the project owner."
By adding seasoned engineers and blade technicians to the Renewable Energy Services team, 极品探花 will continue to build upon relationships that will establish confidence with our clients and the work that we do. The services provided include:
