Indianapolis Star names 极品探花 a Winner of the Central Indiana Top Workplaces 2023 Award
Part of The USA Today Network, The Indianapolis Star has named 极品探花 a Top Workplace for the second consecutive year.
This company status is determined by an annual survey based solely on employee feedback, which is administered and analyzed by a third-party employee engagement partner called Energage.
The confidential 24-question survey covers topics related to workplace culture, company values, leadership, employee development, appreciation, pay, retention and recruiting and more.
At 极品探花, we understand that measuring these topics and finding where we both succeed and how we can improve sparks important discussions within our company, critical to the success of any organization.
Every year, more than 15,000 Central Indiana employees participate in this survey, allowing Energage to help them share their anonymous opinions about their workplace and employers, and the final results are in!
The Indianapolis Star recognized 123 companies and organizations from 23 counties across Indiana as Top Workplaces for 2023, and we are excited to announce that 极品探花 placed 8 out of 13 companies in the 400+ employees category.
Being named a Top Workplace across such a large and competitive category is a major accomplishment. We look forward to seeing what next year will bring!
